How long do the candles last?: When burned properly, the 30 oz candles last 150 or more!
Do the candles produce soot?: No. If you happen to notice any black around the rim of your candles, that means that you have been burning it too long and needs to be extinguished. The wicks are 100% cotton with a paper core. When burned too long they will produce carbon. This is because of the higher paper content in the wick and is NOT toxic, so do not become concerned. The wick is made without ANY toxins. Simply extenguish the wick, per the guidelines under the page "Candle Tips", wait for it to cool, and trim it.
Are the fragrances toxic?: No. We use 100% essetial oils, as well as high quality fragrance oils that are phalate free, no toxins, no carcinogens, and they exclude any materials on the California Prop 65 list. We want to give you the highest quality fragrance, and keep you, your family and pets safe.
What if I don't like a fragrance when I get it?: If you are not COMPLETELY satisfied, you have 30 days to return the unused product for a refund or exchange (see the Graceful Guarantee page) because we want you to be happy!
Can I order fragraces not listed on the website? Yes! We do take special orders. Just send us a message with your request and we will be happy to accomodate you. However, please note that they can take up to 2 to 3 weeks to process, depending on if we have to order specific items for your order. So, please plan accordingly and have patience with us.
